Recover your Password

If you do not remember your password, select Forgot your Password?  Above the Password field.

You will be prompted for the email associated with your PIX account. PIX will email you to answer your security questions, and reset your password.

If you have set up your security questions and can answer them correctly, you will be able to reset your password without PIX assistance. However, if you have not set up your security questions, or if you do not remember the answers, you will need to contact PIX to help reset your password.

Please note: We do not recommend using an automated password generator to set up your password for PIX as auto generators often exceed the character limit or include non-supported characters.
