Your project is managed by Project Gatekeepers. Gatekeepers have the authority to request and approve:
- New users
- User credential adjustments (such as changes in name, username, and email)
- Project permissions and user privilege adjustments
- The resending of a welcome email or password reset emails for other users
- Individual user requests for their own password reset, 2-factor authentication reset, or new welcome emails do not need gatekeeper approval.
Any requests pertaining to your PIX project or its users must be approved in writing (via email) by a project Gatekeeper in order to be actioned by PIX.
