Gatekeepers

Your project is managed by Project Gatekeepers. Gatekeepers have the authority to request and approve:

  • New users
  • User credential adjustments (such as changes in name, username, and email)
  • Project permissions and user privilege adjustments
  • The resending of a welcome email or password reset emails for other users
    • Individual user requests for their own password reset, 2-factor authentication reset, or new welcome emails do not need gatekeeper approval.

Any requests pertaining to your PIX project or its users must be approved in writing (via email) by a project Gatekeeper in order to be actioned by PIX.

*Please make sure support@pixsystem.com is copied on all requests. This will ensure the fastest turnaround on requests.

Types of Gatekeepers

The types of requests that some gatekeepers can approve may vary. 

For example, on a project where there are both Studio and Production side gatekeepers, the production-specific gatekeepers might not be able to approve something like granting download access.

Gatekeepers are determined at the setup stage of a project but additional gatekeepers can also be added or removed during the course of the production.
